NiTwin Labs is grounded in active doctoral research on digital twins for heat exchanger performance. What we learn in the lab is what we deliver to yours.

The company grew out of PhD research in mechanical engineering. The focus is digital twin modelling and experimental studies for improving heat exchanger performance.

That means the modelling techniques, sensor instrumentation, and validation methods we use with colleges aren't theoretical — they come from ongoing work being tested against real experimental data and prepared for peer-reviewed publication.

For departments, this matters in a concrete way: the deliverables meet a standard that holds up to academic review, and there's genuine scope for research collaboration and co-authorship on funded projects.
